1. All fees shown are exclusive of GST. GST @ 18% is applicable and charged additionally as per government norms.
2. Payment schedule: 50% advance on confirmation · 30% on design finalisation · 20% just before final document delivery.
3. Up to 2 rounds of revisions included; additional revisions billed separately at actuals.
4. This quotation is valid for 15 days only.
5. Site visits, if required, will be charged at actuals.
6. Fabrication drawings cover shop/coordination drawings only; structural calculations excluded unless separately agreed.
7. SOGA Design Studio retains design copyright until full payment is received.
8. Any scope additions post-confirmation will be billed as a variation order.
9. SOGA Design Studio must be credited wherever the design is used or published.
